Nebo jsou tady tak\u00e9 lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed nemaj\u00ed zuby. Jak by jinak tito lid\u00e9 p\u0159ij\u00edmali potravu? Nutri\u010dn\u00ed koktejly jsou proto na tohle velmi vhodn\u00e9. J\u00e1 to zn\u00e1m moc dob\u0159e, proto\u017ee jsme pracovala v senior centru, kde bylo mnoho lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed pot\u0159ebovali speci\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eivu. A jak jist\u011b asi v\u0161ichni v\u00edte, tak sta\u0159\u00ed a nemocn\u00ed lid\u00e9 ani nemaj\u00ed chu\u0165 k j\u00eddlu, tak\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk, pe\u010dovatel i \u010dlen rodiny je r\u00e1d, kdy\u017e se do pacienta a klienta alespo\u0148 n\u011bco dostane. J\u00e1 jsem taky doma potom pe\u010dovala o sv\u00e9ho velmi nemocn\u00e9ho d\u011bde\u010dka. Starala jsem se o n\u011bj dva roky a mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee to bylo velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9, ale nikdy jsme nelitovala nikdy se nevzdala. P\u00e9\u010de o \u010dlena rodiny beru jako \u00faplnou samoz\u0159ejmost! Nutri\u010dn\u00ed koktejly jsem u d\u011bde\u010dka hodn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvala.On nem\u011bl moc chu\u0165 na j\u00eddlo, dokonce ani na svou obl\u00edbenou \u017eemlovku nebo nudle s m\u00e1kem. To byly jeho nejlep\u0161\u00ed j\u00eddla, a jedl by je st\u00e1le. Ale potom z toho se\u0161lo a byla jsme r\u00e1da, kdy\u017e jsem do n\u011bj dostala nejen trochu klasick\u00e9ho j\u00eddla, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm t\u0159i koktejly denn\u011b, kter\u00e9 nahrad\u00ed hlavn\u00ed j\u00eddlo. I to byl ale z\u00e1zrak do n\u011bj nacpat. Ale mysl\u00edm, \u017ee kv\u016fli mn\u011b se to sna\u017eil p\u00edt. Byla jsem ale r\u00e1da, \u017ee d\u011bde\u010dek se m\u011bl jinak dob\u0159e a nic ho nebolelo. Ale te\u010f bych r\u00e1da odbo\u010dila na jin\u00e9 druhy nutri\u010dn\u00edch koktejl\u016f. Jsou taky ty koktejly, kter\u00e9 se hod\u00ed pro kulturisty nebo pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed r\u00e1di sportuj\u00ed nebo d\u011blaj\u00ed fitness. j\u00e1 m\u00e1m taky velmi r\u00e1da nutri\u010dn\u00ed koktejly, proto\u017ee dodaj\u00ed v\u0161echny pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 \u017eiviny, kdy\u017e nap\u0159\u00edklad nem\u00e1te \u010das se kvalitn\u011b naj\u00edst. J\u00e1 si ob\u010das taky vezmu s sebou do pr\u00e1ce nebo na cesty nutri\u010dn\u00ed koktejl, proto\u017ee nikdy nev\u00edm, kdy dostanu hlad a kdy budu m\u00edt mo\u017enost se kvalitn\u011b naj\u00edst Fast food pro m\u011b moc tedy nen\u00ed, d\u00e1m si ho ob\u010das jen na chu\u0165, ale \u017ee bych t\u00edm hasila hlad, tak to tedy ne.
